About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Totalsports outlet at Canal Walk, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position requires strong leadership, operational control and a focus on achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.
Control expenses and manage budget adherence.
Monitor stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
Deliver customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

Matric certificate.
Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.

Customer‑focused service delivery.
Strategic sales planning.
Leadership and people management.
Negotiation and selling expertise.
