About the role

TFG Home is looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead its @Home outlet in Plettenberg, Western Cape. The role involves driving sales performance, managing the store team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Drive store turnover and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Control operating expenses to stay within budget.
Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.
Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.

Required profile

Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
At least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a store leadership role.
Proven ability to manage expenses, stock control and team performance.
Strong customer‑focused mindset and ability to drive engagement.
