Store Manager – 40hr Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Fabiani store at Nelson Mandela Square. The role is 40 hours per week and focuses on driving sales, managing the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Fabiani is a premium menswear brand with a strong heritage since 1978, part of the TFG retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover and achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and monitor stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling employee relations and performance management.
• Implement in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the customer service strategy.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss prevention processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a store leadership role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven ability to meet sales and expense targets.
