About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Longbeach Mall store in Noordhoek. This full‑time role (40 hours per week) is responsible for driving sales, managing expenses and leading a team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the defined service strategy.
- Lead the store in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
