Stock Coordinator

About the role

Jem Mobile is looking for a Stock Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end stock cycle, from intake and capture to dispatch, returns and reverse logistics. The role combines hands‑on warehouse work with on‑site support for sales and service, based in Johannesburg.

Key responsibilities

• Run pick, pack and dispatch daily to ensure 100 % of orders leave the same day.
• Receive, verify and capture new stock against invoices, flagging any discrepancies immediately.
• Conduct monthly full stock counts and daily spot counts, aiming for zero unexplained discrepancies.
• Manage reverse logistics, grade returns (A/B/C), record IMEI numbers and process replacements and warranty claims.
• Match physical package counts to Pargo courier manifests, sign and upload signed manifests on the same day.
• Provide on‑site activation support, set up marketing collateral and handle sales‑related queries.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on IMEI accuracy and stock counts.
• Quick learner comfortable with new systems such as Lovable, Google Sheets and Pargo.
• Honest about problems and treats stock as if it were personal money.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg and able to work onsite five days a week.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between R12 000 and R14 000.
