Stock Controller

About the role

Ekhwesi Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to oversee inventory and procurement for its security operations. The role focuses on managing equipment within a dedicated stockroom, ensuring accurate records and secure handling of all assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control stock levels of security equipment and related assets.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Issue, receive, and track equipment assigned to projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier liaison, ordering, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and accountability of all inventory.
• Prepare inventory and procurement reports for management.
• Adhere to company security procedures while working in a lockroom environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
• Strong background in inventory management and stock control systems.
• Experience with procurement processes and supplier coordination.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Physically capable of handling stock and equipment when required.
