About the role
Join TheHDA in delivering sustainable, people‑centred housing projects across South Africa. The Specialist will coordinate the organisation‑wide development of the Strategy and Annual Performance Plan, ensuring alignment with the HDA Act and strategic imperatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and updating of the corporate Strategy and Annual Performance Plan in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage organisational performance against the Annual Performance Plan and strategic objectives.
- Conduct performance audits, reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental alignment of strategic initiatives to ensure cohesive execution.
- Ensure compliance with the HDA Act and departmental remuneration guidelines throughout the planning process.
