Spanish Speaking Consultant – Airline Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish‑speaking consultant to join a prestigious airline’s customer service team in Cape Town. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails and social media interactions, assisting passengers and travel agents with bookings and travel queries in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and social media messages from international passengers and travel agents.
• Assist with flight bookings and resolve travel‑related queries in Spanish and English.
• Utilise the airline’s reservation system and receive full product and systems training.
• Provide daily interaction with passengers, ensuring high‑quality service and multicultural teamwork.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends, with two rest days per week.

• Annual basic salary of R190 000 (approximately R15 833 per month) plus performance bonus and shift allowances.
