Space Planning Administrator – Durban

About the role

Join a well‑established retail organisation in Durban as a Space Planning Administrator. You will provide essential administrative and analytical support to the Space Planning team, helping to keep information accurate and projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update space planning databases and information.
• Prepare reports, analyses and data sets for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate information flow between Space Planning, Buying, Planning and other departments.
• Assist with store layout documentation, product information and space planning files.
• Support various planning projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) is essential; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• 1‑3 years of experience in retail administration, planning, merchandise administration or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
