Spa Attendant

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Mount Nelson, a Belmond Hotel, you will play a key part in delivering an immersive and tranquil experience for guests. You will maintain the spa’s cleanliness, support therapists, and ensure that all public and treatment areas meet the highest hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and maintain all spa and public areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Replenish supplies such as bathrobes, linens, towels, and toiletries between treatments.
• Disinfect treatment surfaces and equipment according to established procedures.
• Inspect and report any deficiencies, repairs, or lost property to management.
• Complete weekly and monthly task lists assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the spa conservatory and changing areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (advantageous).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar cleaning or hospitality role (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
