Sourcing Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Sourcing Specialist to join its talent acquisition team. You will focus on strategic hunting, identifying and engaging elite passive candidates for both technical and non‑technical positions across fast‑growing tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, SeekOut, HireEZ and other databases for deep‑dive searches.
• Craft highly personalized outreach messages that achieve strong response rates.
• Screen and qualify candidates for cultural and technical fit before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve sourcing workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS for seamless handoff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with a strong focus on talent identification.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking.
