Solutions Architect

About the role

Cell C is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of high‑quality, scalable business processes and technology solutions. The role bridges IT, Core Networks, Digital and Commercial teams to ensure that architectures align with enterprise standards, are cost‑effective, and support long‑term performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and integrate new technologies, evaluating their impact on business needs and existing technology stacks.
• Maintain future‑proof solutions by analysing current and future architectures and recommending changes.
• Contribute to the evolution of solution architecture processes, supporting agile work methods and capability‑based design.
• Implement end‑to‑end technical design projects, ensuring seamless integration with dependent systems.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to map integration points, dependencies, and interoperability requirements.
• Review functional specifications and UAT methods early to validate design alignment with business outcomes.
• Create work breakdown structures to guide partner and service‑provider integration.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture across multiple domains.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating existing and future technology landscapes.
• Experience with solution design methodologies and SDLC adaptations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
