Solutions Architect (Expert) – Treasury, Risk Management & TMS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect (Expert) to lead the design and implementation of Treasury, Risk Management and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for our global operations. The role will bridge strategic treasury directives with detailed functional specifications and ensure successful system integration and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Treasury, Risk Management and Compliance strategies into functional requirements and system designs.
• Configure, integrate and operate Wallstreet Suite or comparable TMS platforms.
• Define and coordinate interfaces between TMS, market‑data providers, payment systems and internal banking connections.
• Lead insourcing, implementation and rollout projects, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Produce technical documentation, test plans, user guides and runbooks, and support knowledge transfer.
• Maintain end‑to‑end process integrity while mapping business processes to system functionality.

Required profile

• Deep functional knowledge of treasury processes, including FX, commodity price risk and capital markets funding.
• Proven experience with Wallstreet Suite or similar treasury management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence global teams without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and their representation for valuation, accounting and risk treatment.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Wallstreet Suite (or equivalent TMS) configuration and integration.
• Basic scripting with Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and monitoring/observability tools.
