Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our team building a global marketplace platform. You will work on web, backend and mobile applications, focusing on performance, scalability and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain C#‑based web services and APIs.
• Build and enhance web front‑ends using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap or LESS.
• Contribute to mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Implement high‑performance solutions such as caching, load balancing and profiling.
• Work with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with C#.
• University degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• South African citizenship.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to give and receive critique.
• Continuous learner who shares knowledge with the team.
