Software Engineer – AI‑Assisted Development

About the role

Pragma is looking for a Software Engineer who embraces modern, responsible technology and is comfortable using AI‑assistive tools throughout the development lifecycle. You will work in a collaborative Scrum environment, delivering high‑quality code while continuously learning new technical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop well‑designed software that meets the Product Owner’s expectations.
• Deliver high‑quality code approved by the QA Manager.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product incidents promptly.
• Continuously expand knowledge of emerging technical tools and AI‑assistive technologies.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and effectively use AI tools in a team setting.
• Experience with AI‑assistive development technologies.
