About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead the evolution of our self‑service digital platforms, including both web and mobile applications. This strategic position will ensure seamless digital experiences for our insurance customers while driving innovation across the technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of customer self‑service web and mobile platforms.
• Drive enhancements in website performance, digital analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee SEO strategy, CMS platforms, and digital governance to maintain best‑in‑class online presence.
• Ensure security, SDLC, and development framework best practices are applied across all projects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing software development teams focused on web and mobile.
• Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, website performance, and CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience within the full software development lifecycle.
• Previous hands‑on experience as a software developer.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
