Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive the social presence of our agency’s clients across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. The role combines content creation, paid‑media management and community engagement to boost brand awareness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and additional channels.
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for client accounts.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with client strategy and brand voice.
• Engage daily with audiences by responding to comments, messages and reviews.
• Produce short‑form video assets for TikTok and Reels, including basic editing.
• Track, analyse and report social performance metrics, adjusting tactics based on insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Tertiary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field (advantageous).
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience creating and growing TikTok content.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) management.
• TikTok content creation and paid‑ads experience.
• Scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later and Hootsuite.
• Basic photo and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
