STERN Aesthetic Solutions is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to amplify the online presence of its premium aesthetic and skincare brands. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, spotting trends and crafting content that stops users from scrolling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create, film, and edit short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok and other social channels.
• Write engaging captions, brainstorm content ideas and launch campaigns that align with brand aesthetics.
• Monitor platform performance, track trends and adjust tactics to maximize reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media with a strong understanding of how each platform works.
• Excellent visual sense, keen eye for trends, storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Proactive, creative and eager to grow with a fast‑moving brand.

Required skills

• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or Lightroom (a plus).
• Ability to film and edit engaging short‑form video content.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and campaign messaging.
