Social Media and Content Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Coordinator to become the central content engine for our brand portfolio. The role translates marketing strategies and campaign briefs into engaging, platform‑specific content, manages organic social channels, coordinates production, and uses performance data to optimise future activity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organic content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule, publish and optimise posts, adapting messaging and formats to each channel while preserving brand identity.
• Create social‑first assets such as short‑form videos, graphics, carousels, stories and captions.
• Plan and coordinate product, lifestyle and campaign shoots, writing clear briefs for agencies, freelancers and photographers.
• Repurpose existing content across brands and formats, and collaborate with the Paid Media team on creative assets for digital campaigns.
• Monitor brand channels, respond to community enquiries, and escalate customer‑service or reputational issues as needed.
• Maintain an organised digital content library and manage user‑generated content.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional comfortable moving between content planning, design, short‑form video production and community engagement.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple brands, production schedules and approval processes.
• Ability to identify platform trends and turn them into authentic, brand‑appropriate content.
