About the role
Join Pnet’s SMB department as a Business Associate and help businesses transform the way they hire talent. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, closing new accounts and nurturing existing client relationships to drive continuous growth.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise lead‑sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, positioning Pnet’s solutions as the preferred hiring platform.
- Manage client relationships through strategic conversations, track product usage and identify upsell opportunities.
- Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks and reporting using the CRM system.
- Participate in upskilling and development programmes to improve performance.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales track record.
- Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to articulate solutions clearly in both verbal and written form.
- Attentive listening and empathetic approach to customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
