About the role
As a Business Advisor in FNB’s Commercial National Sales and Service team in Paarl, you will deliver exceptional customer service, identify client needs and process requests efficiently while contributing to the growth of the bank’s active customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate service to customers, understanding their needs and processing their requests.
- Deliver individual results through personal effort and skill.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and grow the active customer account base.
- Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification.
- Relevant RE qualification.
- 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
