SMB Business Associate – B2B Sales

About the role

As an SMB Business Associate you will partner with South African businesses to help them transform their hiring process using Pnet’s job‑board solutions. You will be part of the SMB department, contributing directly to the growth and success of the Pnet business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking and upselling.
• Renew contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately handle administrative tasks and reporting within the CRM system.
• Participate in upskilling and development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent listening skills and empathy for customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
