Skin Care Therapist – Bellville

About the role

Join the Unicare Bellville salon team as a Skin Care Therapist, delivering exceptional customer service and personalised skin‑care solutions. You will work onsite in Bellville, Cape Town, helping clients achieve their beauty goals while supporting store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable skin‑care consultations, make‑overs and product recommendations to maximise sales and build loyalty.
• Perform facial peels, waxing, massages, manicures and pedicures, ensuring high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction.
• Support in‑store events, new store openings and promotional activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through weekly counts, low‑stock alerts and effective inventory management.
• Uphold store visual standards, daily housekeeping and merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with training and coaching of colleagues on makeup and skin‑care techniques.

Required profile

• Grade 12 and a Diploma in Make‑up and/or Skincare (essential).
• Preferred additional qualifications such as ITEC or CIDESCO.
• Proven experience in a customer‑service environment with sales targets and hands‑on skincare work.
• Ability to work as a team player and communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans.
