Site Working Supervisor – Construction

About the role

The Working Supervisor will lead on‑site teams for structural repair, restoration and related construction tasks in the North‑West region of South Africa. This full‑time position combines hands‑on supervision with coordination of labour, materials and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily labour and material deployment on construction sites.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to report progress.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs and quality checklists.
• Support training and development of crew members.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or structural repair teams.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, structural repair and façade restoration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and work schedules.
• Focus on health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Effective communication with site crews, clients and stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
