About the role
Our client is looking for a driven, reliable and trustworthy individual to join their Cape Town team as a site supervisor on client premises. Candidates must have experience in tyre, automotive or fleet site management and demonstrate strong character.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer relations
- Accurate data entry
- Attend to breakdowns within SLA timeframes
- Submit wage reports
- Conduct daily stock takes
- Manage on‑site staff
- Perform daily vehicle checks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in on‑site tyre management
- Technical tyre knowledge
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
- Physically capable of fitting and stripping tyres and conducting surveys
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with the Budini system
