Handyman – Site Maintenance & Repairs

About the role
To perform maintenance tasks on site, ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements, including safe working conditions and proper demarcation of areas.
Key responsibilities
- Repair and renovate interior/exterior surfaces, fixtures and fittings.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks.
- Complete daily/monthly reports.
- Inspect and test equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
- Assist with repairs and conduct audio‑visual inspections.
Required profile
- Residency in Cape Town.
- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4).
- Relevant experience in maintenance or related tasks.
- Fluent Business English.
- Ability to work in extreme conditions.
Required skills
- Basic plumbing.
- Use of hand and power tools for interior/exterior repairs.
