About the role
The Site Supervisor will oversee service delivery, drive revenue growth, and manage client relations at designated sites, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all site duties are performed safely and comply with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate activities of site operators, drivers, trainers, and technicians.
Required profile
- Grade 12/N3 qualification.
- Supervisory and/or Management Training Course.
- Risk Assessment – A2 certification.
- Legal Liability Training – MHSA.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in a technical environment.
- At least 3 years experience operating technical machine equipment.
- Commercial experience and customer relations skills.
- Knowledge of customer safety compliance (MHSA).
Required skills
- Technical machine equipment operation.
