Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join a leading property and construction organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating on‑site labour, ensuring materials and equipment are available, and maintaining safety and quality standards across commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site labourers and construction workers.
• Ensure building materials, tools and equipment are available at all times.
• Monitor construction budgets and track site‑related expenses.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and implement daily and weekly work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and report progress to management.
• Prepare and present accurate site reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or in a similar finishing‑works role.
• Strong understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Physically fit and able to perform site‑based duties.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and travel to various sites.

Required skills

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Basic knowledge of site safety practices.
