Site Security Manager – Robertville

About the role

The Site Security Manager will be based in Robertville and report to the Area Manager. The role ensures that all contractual obligations are met while delivering professional security services that satisfy the client’s requirements at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously assess risks and threats, providing recommendations to mitigate them.
• Guarantee compliance with all client‑specified contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client.
• Lead investigations and response actions for serious incidents such as theft, vehicle robbery, armed robbery, and break‑ins.
• Coordinate daily with Operations Management on operational issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports.
• Support special events, ad‑hoc requests, and investigations for both Fidelity Operations Management and the client.
• Oversee all administrative duties and ensure daily shift coverage.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Psira Grade A registration and accreditation.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience, including at least 5 years in security management.
• At least 3 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and no criminal record.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management system.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
