Site Manager – Security Systems & Infrastructure

About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for the daily operational management, maintenance, performance, and compliance of all security systems and infrastructure at the assigned site. This role ensures that CCTV, alarm systems, electric fencing, and integrated security platforms remain fully operational and meet client, HSEC, and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day security system operations and ensure contractual service levels are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the company on site.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure full HSEC compliance, conduct safety inspections, and report incidents.
• Maintain site assets, inventory, and accurate asset registers.
• Monitor performance of CCTV, alarm, electric fencing, video management, and security network systems.
• Supervise new installations, upgrades, and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing security system operations on site.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of HSEC requirements and safety procedures.
• Experience handling asset and inventory management for security equipment.
