Site Manager – Food Safety & Operations

About the role

The Ecowize Group is expanding its Cleaning Services division and seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at the Grain Field Poultry facility. You will ensure the site meets daily food‑safe standards while leading a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
• Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility that meets customer standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and capture customer feedback.
• Oversee site budgets and manage man‑hours according to shift schedules.
• Handle staff management, HR issues, coaching, and mentorship.
• Drive Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure internal audits are completed and close out non‑conformances.
• Liaise daily with customers and support regional recruitment as needed.
• Coordinate training interventions at the site level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site or facilities management, preferably within food‑production or cleaning services.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
