About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Site Foreman to lead daily operations on residential maintenance projects. The successful candidate will manage a small team, coordinate logistics, and ensure that all work meets our high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport team members to various sites and monitor task progress.
• Administer vehicle usage logs and manage related paperwork.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, providing updates and addressing queries professionally.
• Oversee structural and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home maintenance or general construction.
• Fluent English communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Own reliable transport and a valid South African driver’s licence (PDP advantageous).
• Strong leadership ability, punctuality, honesty, and excellent organization.

Required skills

• Vehicle administration and logging.
