About the role
Tickled pink at what we have in store for you! Join one of South Africa’s fastest‑growing plastics and homeware retailers as a Shop Assistant or Cashier. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment delivering excellent customer service and keeping the store looking its best.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register, process purchases and handle cash according to company policies.
- Stock shelves, follow planograms and create attractive merchandise displays.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a safe, tidy store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers and answering queries.
- Participate in inventory counts, report losses or scanning errors, and give feedback to management.
Required profile
- Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service.
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Effective time‑management and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of company products and ability to operate a POS system accurately.
