About the role

As a Shift Leader at Papa John’s you will guide a restaurant team to deliver a world‑class pizza experience. Working in a fun, flexible environment, you’ll ensure smooth operations during busy nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of crew members to provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including order accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage shift schedules, handle cash and register duties, and ensure proper cash handling.
• Train new employees and support ongoing development of existing staff.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math ability and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb and standing for extended periods.
