Shared Beauty Advisor (40hr) – Revlon

About the role

The Shared Beauty Advisor will represent the Revlon brand within the Foschini store at Cape Gate, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales across beauty product lines. This full‑time, 40‑hour position focuses on meeting store turnover targets, acquiring new accounts and rewarding loyal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover goals, secure new accounts and manage reward programmes.
• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, conduct daily stock counts and ensure accurate inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase Revlon products effectively.
• Execute administrative tasks related to sales and stock management.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
• 2–3 years retail experience, with 1–2 years specifically in cosmetics.
• Strong interest in the retail and cosmetics sector and excellent selling abilities.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
