About the role
We are looking for a Shared Beauty Advisor to join the Estee Lauder team at Foschini’s Canal Walk store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance and maintaining store standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve store turnover targets, acquire new accounts and earn rewards.
- Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
- Manage stock levels and conduct daily stock counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently.
Required profile
- Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
- 1–2 years of cosmetics experience.
Required skills
- Excellent selling skills.
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field.
- Ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels.
- Initiative, resourcefulness and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer service delivery, planning and organising.
- Strategic sales planning and managing the sales process.
- Customer value management.
