Services Foreman – Maintenance & Water Services

About the role

We are looking for a Services Foreman (C5) to join our Engineering department in Gravelotte, Limpopo. The role supports Stibium Mining’s operations at the historic Consolidated Murchison gold‑antimony mine, focusing on repairs, maintenance and related projects across water, transport, civil and housing services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance and project work within your section.
• Compile and submit reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Work overtime and be on standby when required.
• Ensure all activities comply with Stibium safety policies and the Mine Health and Safety Act.
• Maintain reliable, disciplined and sober work habits.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with a minimum N3 qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Turner or Boilermaker.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a mining or industrial environment.
• Responsibility for water services (pump stations), transport, civil and housing maintenance.
• Valid Code 08 or 10 driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act, especially Sections 22 and 23.
