ServiceNow Administrator – Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The role focuses on managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support our IT and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and data policies.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SOM, SPM, FSM, and additional modules as required.
• Build and maintain forms, catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and other platform functionality.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot platform issues, and promote user adoption.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver platform enhancements and improvements.
• Maintain platform documentation, configuration records, and user support materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and governance policies.
• Coordinate ServiceNow workstreams to prioritize and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
• Proactively identify platform risks and contribute to effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to support colleagues and strengthen team capability.
