Service Technician – Refrigeration

About the role

The Service Technician – Refrigeration will install, commission, service, maintain and repair Maxwell and Spark products and systems across customer sites and company facilities. The role focuses on refrigeration as a specialist competency while supporting the broader product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, maintain and repair Maxwell and Spark equipment.
• Perform scheduled, preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, refrigeration and battery system faults.
• Use diagnostic equipment, schematics and technical documentation to identify root causes.
• Execute repairs, component replacements and rebuilds to restore equipment to operational condition.
• Document work according to company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Qualified and trained to work on Maxwell and Spark products.
• Demonstrated competency in refrigeration technology.
• Ability to work across multiple customer sites and adapt to new products.
