Service Technician – Passenger & Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to maintain and repair passenger and commercial vehicles across Polokwane, Tzaneen, Mokopane, and Louis Trichardt. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, ensuring vehicle safety, and providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and provide service recommendations.
• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Travel between service locations within the designated area as required.

Required profile

• Full Motor Mechanic Qualification accredited by an approved institute/SETA.
• Clean track record with verifiable employment references from previous technical positions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures for automotive service.
