Service Consultant – Client Services

About the role

The Service Consultant will deliver professional client service across multiple channels, including inbound calls, emails and walk‑in interactions. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring client needs, concerns and complaints are addressed within agreed service levels and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and intermediaries professionally to resolve queries within SLA and quality standards.
• Take ownership of complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide accurate information, documentation and advice in line with policy guidelines.
• Capture and update client data in relevant systems and complete administrative reporting on schedule.
• Adhere to legislative and compliance requirements throughout the service process.
• Identify and report process or system failures and suggest enhancements to improve client experience.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
