Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the service visit.
- Recommend appropriate service actions and upsell relevant maintenance packages.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and present them to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workshop resources.
- Resolve service‑related issues promptly and keep customers informed.

Required profile
- Matric (or equivalent) qualification.
- Previous experience in an automotive service or dealership setting – no exceptions.
