Senior Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join our Johannesburg team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role is primarily onsite, with limited remote flexibility, and focuses on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Tax solutions for South African tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Tax modules to meet local tax regulations.
• Implement functional configurations and workflows using BPM within the Fusion suite.
• Support and optimise related Fusion Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, IC, and FA.
• Develop and deliver reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve tax‑related issues.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Tax and a solid understanding of South African tax legislation.
• Proven ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
