Senior Tax Administrator

About the role

We are a well‑established multi‑disciplinary chartered accountancy firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Administrator to join our Cape Town office. The role sits within a people‑focused professional services environment, delivering high‑quality tax and advisory solutions to a varied private and corporate client portfolio. You will gain exposure to diverse South African tax issues and occasional international client work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality tax and advisory services to a diverse private and corporate client base.
• Handle a wide range of South African tax matters and support international client engagements.
• Prepare and review tax returns and compliance documentation ensuring accuracy and adherence to SARS regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a tax environment, preferably in Income Tax.
• Relevant diploma in taxation or related field; SARS Tax Practitioner registration is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SARS eFiling and tax compliance processes.
• Highly computer literate with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Own transport and a valid South African driver’s licence preferred.
