About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead screening, sourcing, and matching for our growing portfolio of US‑based tech startups. This remote position offers the chance to shape the hiring pipeline for fractional executives across multiple functions while working in a highly autonomous, asynchronous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end talent sourcing for assigned roles using our internal database and LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high‑accuracy matches.
• Communicate candidate profiles to clients via email and coordinate final selections.
• Match top candidates to client needs, emphasizing synergy between candidate expertise and role requirements.
• Handle additional operational tasks to support scaling efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of full‑time recruiting experience (excluding academic periods).
• Proven track record recruiting for US‑based tech startups and sourcing US talent.
• Ability to screen applications all day with extreme accuracy.
• Experience sourcing for a broad range of functions, not limited to engineering or marketing.
• No affiliation with agencies or staffing firms.
