Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TFG is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its diverse portfolio of lifestyle and apparel brands. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience while building high‑quality talent pipelines that support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Proactively identify and research potential candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Maintain a superior candidate experience throughout the process.
• Oversee and negotiate the offer process with selected candidates.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture high‑calibre talent pools.
• Handle complex recruitment assignments across technical functions.

Required profile

• Relevant HR diploma, degree or postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of technical talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to deliver the full recruitment process.
• Expertise in headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
