Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – FinTech

About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our FinTech business unit. Working closely with People Partners and the OE Solutions team, you will ensure the attraction, selection and onboarding of top talent to meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver full‑cycle talent acquisition services for the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and manage recruitment briefs, role profiles and hiring plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Source, assess and present qualified candidates using appropriate channels.
- Coordinate interview processes, negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring experience.
Required profile
- Diploma in HR, Recruitment or Administration (essential).
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consulting role or agency environment serving a business portfolio (essential).
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail or a similar fast‑moving sector (preferred).
