Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

Mindworx Consulting is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead discovery workshops, translate complex insurance requirements into platform configurations, and guide implementation teams through full‑cycle delivery. The role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and focuses on personal and commercial lines policy lifecycle systems.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops with underwriting, claims and product teams to capture real‑world insurance needs.
• Produce clear, implementation‑ready Epics and Stories in Jira that drive delivery without re‑work.
• Mentor and direct implementation teams to ensure configurations align with platform capabilities, rules and integration standards.
• Collaborate with sales and product groups to build proof‑of‑concept solutions for prospective customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of insurance software implementation experience, covering both personal and commercial lines.
• Proven ability to write detailed Jira epics and user stories directly from discovery sessions.
• Experience with multi‑market projects (e.g., UK, South Africa) is a plus.
