CRM Administrator

About the role

You’ll own the CRM for a UK‑based business, ensuring data is clean, automations run smoothly and reports are reliable enough for the team to use daily. Working UK business hours from home, you will be part of a South African team placed directly with an established UK employer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, deduplication and segmentation
• Build and maintain lists, workflows and automated sequences
• Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing
• Support user setup, permissions and training
• Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems
• Document CRM processes and keep them current

Required profile

• Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
• Confidence building workflows, lists and dashboards
• Strong data hygiene habits including deduplication and validation
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits
• Able to explain CRM processes clearly to non‑technical users
