Senior Solutions Architect – Integration & Automation (Centre of Excellence)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology hub in Somerset West that is building a Centre of Excellence for integration and automation. As a Senior Solutions Architect you will design end‑to‑end integration solutions, lead pre‑sales workshops and own the delivery from design through to successful go‑live for clients across finance, manufacturing and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer environments, map business processes and design integration architectures.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with executives to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and present solution proposals that win pre‑sales opportunities.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle – design, build, optimise and implement integrations.
• Model data, create transformation rules and enforce governance for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with solution engineering, pre‑sales and support teams to identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, measure ROI and drive continuous optimisation.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, platform evolution and case‑study creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance.
• 6–8 years of experience in senior integration architecture, solutions consulting or enterprise rollout.
• Proven experience with ERP/financial systems such as Syspro, NetSuite, Sage, Workday, SAP or Oracle.
• Hands‑on delivery experience in hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.
• Track record of leading workshops, pre‑sales engagements and large‑scale integrations.

Required skills

• iPaaS platforms and low‑code/no‑code integration tools.
• Scripting and API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Data modelling, migration and transformation expertise.
• Integration architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Unified).
• ERP integration knowledge (Syspro, NetSuite, Sage, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
